What is a good fitness bar to eat after a workout? My workout routine usually consists of running 1.5 miles and doing different types of weight training. I wanting to lose 10-12 pounds that I have put on after entering college, but this has been a very hard task for me thus far. So…I’m looking for a good fitness bar to eat after I workout to help me with my weight loss process. Thanks for any advice.

Thanks a lot for your fantastic article; this is the kind of thing that continues to keep me motivated throughout my day. I’ve been looking around for this website after being referred to them by a buddy and was pleased after I was able to find it after searching for some time. As a blogger myself, I’m glad to see others taking initiative and adding to the community. I wanted to show my gratitude for your work as it is actually very encouraging, and many people don’t get the acknowledgment they deserve. I am sure I’ll be back and will refer some of my friends here.

I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
