   This is a fixed keel, 4 ft. draft, sloop. It sleeps 5 in a pinch, three very comfortably.Powered by a 2 cylinder 15 hp yanmar diesel engine. All controls, hoses, belts, raw water strainer, wet exhaust, fuel filter, fuel tank, dripless stuffing box, strut and cutlass bearing, motor mounts, and white oak engine bed are 1 year old. Has been a freshwater boat on Lake Michigan all of it’s life, until January 2006. It has a 2-part interlux bottom job from the gel coat out, for super low maintainence. All of the cushions are brand new high quality foam, with IZIT leather covers, no mildew and soap and water clean up. All lines cockpit led, with a roller furling jib. Fully battened main and 3 foresails, including a 150% genoa. Raymarine depth and trip logs, new Saturn compass. Shore power supplied smart charger for 2 battery , house/ engine set up with meters and battery switch. Alternator charges all and a solar panel for offshore/ storage battery maintainence. Loaded Jon boat….Price - 1500.00
   12 ft Fiberglass, carpeted, live well, seats 3, swivel seat, fish/depth finder, 15 hp evinrude, 30 lb trolling motor that mounts up front, cast net, waterproof boat cover, 6 gal gas tank w/ gas, etc. ready to fish boat. The trailer is in good shape, has a spare tire on rim, mounted to the trailer, and another tire. The crank on the trailer is brand new. Sure I am leaving stuff out so just ask. For $1700 comes with another 15 hp evinrude that has a new rebuilt lower unit I paid $250 for. It ran 2 months ago, but needs new ignition coils. Less than 3 hrs on new lower unit. Sell spare motor for parts if you want or fix for 50 buck. Engine alone sells for $400 on Ebay. Feel free to ask questions or MAKE AN OFFER, need boat gone by Aug 6, baby on the way. Try to find a better price with all this included. A fiberglass Jon boat with a live well is hard to find.
